Haian Wanli Foundry Co., Ltd. is a member company of Jiangsu Wanli Machinery Co., Ltd., which specializes in producing and selling all kinds of quality castings. It is the biggest supplier for nodular cast-iron castings in Jiangsu province. Location of this company belongs to the beautiful plain of northern-Jiangsu area, and transportation is very convenient. In 2002, the company invested RMB 40 million yuan to move the company from #69, YONGAN NORTH ROAD, HAIAN to #68, CHANGJIANG WEST ROAD, HAIAN INDUSTRIAL PARK ZONE. Now, 500 million pieces of castings can be produced annually.

So far, Haian Wanli Foundry Limited Company is the member unit of China Foundry Association, East-China Foundry Association, and Jiangsu Foundry Association. Meanwhile, we also have built up long-term cooperating relations with many colleges and research institutes. With our strong technical and administrative forces, our company develops very fast.

Management System:
In our company, we have established ductile-iron research institute, castings sales company, quality control office, production control office, financial department, and administration office, etc. In the production system, molding and melting workshops are established. Meanwhile, 3 processes, including prepare, heat-treat, and cleaning are generally used.

Human Resources:
Now, we totally have 420 employees. Among them, 5.7 percent (i.e. 24 persons) are technical staffs, and 31.2 percent (138 persons) are persons with senior middle school education.

Equipments:
Now, we mainly have 75 sets of production equipments, including 3 sets of 8-ton hot-blast water-cooled cupolas, 3 sets of 1-ton medium-frequency electrical furnace, 8 sand-coated iron-mold producing lines, 1 set of sand blasting system, 4 sets of model Z149S (Z148E) molding machine, 8 sets of Z8612 core blower, 1 set of Q384 cleaning chamber, 7 sets of roller cleaning machine, 6 sets of heat-treating dolly furnace, 1 set of American Beld direct-reading Spectrometer, etc. In addition, 147 sets of inspecting devices including supersonic flaw detector are used in production.

Main Products:
Our company mainly specializes in production of ductile-iron and gray-iron castings, especially production of ductile-iron crankshaft castings including single-cylinder, multi-cylinder, 135 series, compressor crankshafts, etc. In addition, we also have produced many castings for automobiles, construction machineries, engines, air-compressors, etc. Recently, ADI castings have been developed and produced in small-scaled production.

Process Characteristics:
Generally, we use processes including sand-coated iron mold, double-connected melting with cupola & electrical furnace, rocker ladle de-sulfur, quick inspection on-the-spot, mechanical shot-blasting, etc.
